Mossyrock Blueberry Festival

Our small town had a wonderful turnout for the Blueberry Festival. People have called, emailed and stopped committee members to remark what a great time they had and often suggesting other activities to include for next year.

Personally, my Uncle Art's tractors were the highlight of the festival and a dinner table topic for the whole next week. We have litttle exposure to extended family so Cousin Marvin, his wife Sharon and Mike Matthiesen his oldest son were a hit with their float, Grandpa's Toys. Maybe next year I won't be knee deep in festival business and can enjoy their company too. The plan is to visit them at their next outing in Toledo at the end of this month. Colby thought he was cheated as no one told him about them being here. Not so. His ears cannot hear when his mouth is moving. He will get another chance.
