Mom's Recuperating

Well, here I am in a comfortable motel room supposedly convalescing and I am here to tell you I have been chasing down leads and finalizing insurance for my non profit volunteer job instead of recuperating. I give you that it is very comfortable here and working is quiet and relatively unstressed but it still seems like there is soooo much to do and so little time to do it.

For those of you who know me, you are guessing that it is Blueberry Festival time. That is exactly right. Today we lost our Helicopter pilot (and of course the helicopter) and to make matters worse the insurance company also vetoed our Petting Zoo vendor. Grrrrrrrrrrrr time is short and we are out of ideas/resources to replace these attractions.

The good news is that many surprise car applications for the car show arrived today and so far we have received double the applications to date. Oh and a royal pain in the rear for MAAL was told to take her problem elsewhere by the school district. Sorry guys but I cannot give details, but wish I could.
Wonderful Wonderful
